Katherine Burns (MPsy) has a broad range of experience in both community development and business and is committed to combining the strengths of business and social development for maximum social transformation.  She brings strengths in project management, people's development, strategic planning and systems implementation.

Katherine is passionate about people remembering and living their potential and wishes to inspire and uplift those who have not had opportunity to reveal their full capacity and creativity.  This continues to be the journey that gives her joy, growth and challenge and pushes her in turn to her full potential.

At Upasana she is leading Kapas , organic cotton project.
