We guarantee the quality and individuality of all our fair trade products. As a result of the handcrafted nature of our products, many items will vary slightly in color and/or size. If for you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you must contact our customer support within 7 days of receiving the product.
We offer refunds/exchanges for our customers, subject to the following scenarios:
> Received defective product
> Product got damaged during shipping
> Received wrong product
> Product is not as shown on the website or does not fit
After approving your return request we will gladly offer you an exchange or refund.
To return a product you have to contact our customer support to schedule a courier pickup within 14 days from delivery of the product. We will arrange a time with our courier partner. Please note that if you have agreed to a time for a pickup and you are not available, there will be a INR 100 deduction from your refund.
All products returned must:
> Have original invoice
> Have all its original packaging
> Have all original tags
Be in unused, unworn and unwashed condition
Please not that we cannot replace or refund products that don’t meet the specifications above, or any of the below apply:
> Product(s) is damaged due to use or misuse
> Product has a manufacturing defect but has been used
We will gladly offer you an exchange and cover the cost of delivering replacement items with no additional cost for you. All exchanges depend on availability.
If you do not want a replacement, we will offer you a full refund of the total amount paid. Shipping charges are nonrefundable, and return-shipping fees may apply. Please allow up to 5 working days for exchanges/refunds to be processed once we receive them. We will keep you updated on the status of your exchange/refund.
Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us. We cannot take the responsibility for the wrong address being used for an order. E-mail us if your garments do not arrive and we’ll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package. It is safer if you can have your items delivered when you are present, so provide a secure daytime delivery address if possible.

To cancel an order, please contact us at +91-8940738045 between 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. on weekdays (Mon-Fri). If your order has not shipped, we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please note that if the order has shipped, we cannot authorize a cancellation. In this case, please follow the steps above under Returns.
